Financial Aid
We encourage all families interested in Jowonio’s mission and commitment to inclusive education to apply for admission regardless of need. Children not receiving special education services at Jowonio pay tuition on a sliding scale based on family income. Tuition is waived if a student resides in the Syracuse City School District (SCSD). Some scholarship funds are available for families residing outside of SCSD.
Once you indicate your interest on a Special Education Interest Form or a Preschool Form, we will evaluate your financial needs and help you where we can.
Jowonio is fortunate to offer families support from a variety of scholarships and aid from funds established by generous donors, parents, and alumni. Once we have received your application, we will make the best match given your need and scholarships and funding available.
Donating to a Scholarship or a Fund
In addition to contributing to Jowonio as a whole, you may also specify an addition to one of the funds begun by family members in honor of Jowonio staff or alumni. If you are interested in exploring this option, call us at (315) 445-4010 x203.
